VenturePrising is about effective mobilization of Assets & Actors.
ClusterBridge has been involved in VenturePrising through the building of clusters, ecosystems, networks and habitats in different locations and contexts, conducting research and advising clients, both private and public, how to drive new business development through such collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship approaches.
ClusterBridge’s VenturePrising approach involves identifying the necessary Assets & Actors required to make the innovation and business creation effective. Assets can include infrastructure, intellectual property, innovation ideas, investment & resources, incentives, and market access. Private Actors can be corporate and financial investors, entrepreneurs and their ventures, intrapreneurs and corporate ventures from local industry, consultants, experts and coaches, and business schools. Public actors include governments, development agencies and funds, universities and technical schools. Depending on the environment, development institutes, technoparks and incubators could be either private or public.
ClusterBridge’s founder started VenturePrising projects already in Switzerland in 2002 and has been involved in different industries including precision manufacturing, electronic, and photonics, also involving cross-border and cross-regional collaboration and partnership building.
